HTML is the structure of a webpage, while CSS is the styling of a webpage.

Why might we want to use semantic tags instead of divs?

Easier to read and understand for humans and developers.

If HTML doesn't provide any formatting of our information, why are these h3 tags bolded and a larger font?

So when you use < h3 >, the browser automatically makes it bold and bigger, even if we didn’t use CSS. It’s just built in behavior.
